Supervision
Supervision is where the design becomes real. We oversee the work from the first contractor’s price to the day you move in, so what is built is what was designed.
Bidding
We send the drawings to contractors, compare their prices line by line and help you choose.
Contracts
Each contract sets out the scope, the programme and the payments, so everyone builds to the same plan.
The frame
Structure, blockwork and the services inside the walls, checked against the drawings before anything is closed.
Finishes
Stone, joinery, ceilings and lighting, checked against the approved samples as they go in.
Handover
We walk the house with you, see every last item fixed, and hand you the keys.
